We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:

• With other platform users — your public profile information (name, photo, skills, reviews) is visible to other users as necessary for the marketplace to function.
• With service providers — we engage carefully selected third-party companies to help operate the platform, including cloud hosting, database storage, file storage, email delivery, error monitoring, and payment processing providers. Each provider processes data only as instructed by us and under contractual confidentiality obligations. Freelanced Nepal is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover that an account belongs to a user under 18, we will immediately suspend the account and delete all associated personal data.
